Processing Time: 

All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We only offer shipping within the UK 

this being as we are a newly found solo business we are getting used to the demand within the UK before expanding internationally. 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged items

• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. 
• If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items, then email us at info@lipora.com within 7 days. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
